An interactive resource using maramataka and Maaori health frameworks to support Maaori to increase awareness, knowledge & connection with the tohu & rhythms of wellbeing.

Ao Maarama weaves Maatauranga Maaori through Maramataka (Maaori lunar calendar) and Maaori health frameworks including Te Whare Tapa Whaa and the Mauri Ora Tai Pari to guide us in tuning into the tohu (signs and messages) and natural rhythms within us and te taiao. With this understanding and connection, we can be better prepared to pursue pathways to wellbeing.
